What are your most current covid-19 policies?

Masks are no longer required inside of the bakery, but we encourage any patron and member of our staff to wear them if it makes them more comfortable. Inside dining is now open once again with limited seating available.

If you are showing symptoms of Covid-19, please stay home and visit us again when you are feeling better!

do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We have gift cards that can be purchases in-store, or we offer e-gift cards as well.

what is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your order, contact must be made within 24 hours of pickup or delivery in order to qualify for a refund or credit towards a future order. Refunds and credit will be given at the discretion of Saltadena. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment and card used. Orders cancelled within 72 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

WHAT DOES G.I.F. STAND FOR?

Gluten Intolerant-Friendly. Although we do use some Gluten-Free recipes, we also operate in an open kitchen and cannot 100% guarantee that there will not be any cross-contamination, despite our best efforts. We make the distinction between Gluten Intolerant-Friendly and Gluten-Free out of the safety and concern for those who may have Celiac Disease or other very serious allergies.

What’s a Lil’ Scrappy?

The best way to describe a Lil’ Scrappy is that it’s a deconstructed cake cup. They started as a way to utilize scraps that would normally get tossed, but during the pandemic we have been baking cake specifically for them to keep up with the demand. Either way, every part of the cake is getting used—scraps and all!

Each Lil’ Scrappy consists of cake and either a frosting or pudding, plus some extra toppings depending on the particular variety being made. For example, the Lil’ Scrappy in the center below is one of our signature flavors, the Salty Deena. It contains Chocolate Cake, Cream Cheese Frosting, Salted Caramel Sauce, Fresh Whipped Cream, and is topped off with Salted Chocolate Chunk Cookie pieces.

One Lil’ Scrappy weighs the same as 3 standard-sized cupcakes (and many times more than!), so there’s lots of value in every container. Finally, we use compostable packaging so that they’re as waste-free as possible.

I WANT TO ORDER A CAKE, BUT IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK IT UP ON A monday?

Monday pick ups are not always available, but we try to accommodate when we can. The best way to find out if we can fulfill a Monday order is by emailing info@saltadena.com.
